How to get your free devices

​Step 1:

Logging into your account at app.optisigns.com.

 

Step 2:

Click on the top right menu where the account holder name is. From the dropdown, select 'Supscription plan'.

 

Step 3:

Scroll down to the AeriCast Add-on feature. Click on Update licences and choose yearly AeriCast Add-on plan.​

Send us an email at support@optisigns.com by the email address associate with your OptiSigns account so we can release the coupon to you to order free devices. ​​​​​​

Simply go to present.aericast.com from any devices, input 4 digit code to start your presentation. Learn more here

Free Devices Program Terms & Conditions:

  • Offer expiration date: 12/15/2023

  • Eligibility: This offer is valid for new customers on full price annual plan (no discount) for AeriCast Add-on.

  • Subscription Plan: If you are currently subscribed to OptiSigns on a monthly plan, please upgrade to our annual plans. This will enable you to subscribe to the AeriCast add-on on an annual basis

  • ‍Shipping & Handling: Customers are responsible for all shipping and handling fees, including costs associated with a device warranty replacements and replacements in general.

  • ‍Subscription Changes: Similar to many phone plans, customers on the Free Devices plan cannot switch to a monthly plan or reduce the number of screens until the device term concludes.

  • ‍Discount Restrictions: Discounts cannot be combined. This includes volume, education, and other promotional discounts.

  • ‍Renewal Terms: Free device offers do not apply to renewals.

  • ‍Geographical Limitations: Currently, this offer is exclusive to US customers. International customers are welcome to order but must pay in USD. Additionally, they are responsible for all shipping costs, custom clearance and must procure any necessary adapters or wires for their country's specifications.‍

  • Device Cap: A limit of 15 free devices per customer is in place. For needs exceeding this amount, please consult our Sales team by clicking the "Talk to Sales" button in the bottom right corner of our website.

  • ‍Warranty: All devices come with a 1-year limited warranty.
